    DNA results

    I took a DNA test and it said I have inflammation in my body. I had high inflammatory markers. What are some of the best ways to lower it. I am a healthy person who exercises.

    I doubt that a DNA test, a real one, deals with that.

    It all comes down to your overall lifestyle and the diet in general.
    Excessive alcohol intake, smoking, not exercising enough, all these can promote inflammation.

    If we focus on diet specifically try to avoid processed food as much as possible and aim for an overall healthy diet consisting of lots of fruits, vegetables, healthy fats (nuts, seeds, fatty fish, healthy oils etc), whole grains and so on.
    I think I've mentioned this before in some other thread but the so called Mediterranean diet would be pretty optimal for this purpose.

    first off I don't know if DNA testing is any more accurate than going to a holistic doctor and having them diagnose you lol

    second off fella finn hit it on the head above. just make sure the medit diet is authentic food because most olive oil that is sold is not really 100% olive oil, it is watered down with other oils

    and third the iron clad way to reduce inflammation in the body is water fasting.. everyone should be doing this
