I want to lift my butt as it is nice ample size but hangs kinda low I feel for my age and I want nice round glutes. Are you guys at all familiar with the Brazilian butt lift workout program that I can use for this end?
The best exercise for the glutes and overall leg development is the squat. Rock bottom, butt to heels with a shoulder width stance.
Other great exercises for glute development:
romanian straight leg deadlift
glute kick backs
hyper extensions
sumo squats
lunges
bench step ups
hip thrusters
If you aren't sure what any of those are search them on Youtube to find a demonstration video.
if you go to the gym and see the girls with the butts you are describing you will notice they always hit the squat rack hard. that is the absolute best way to do it.
While these brazilian exercises are beneficial for the glutes, nothing will beat the squats in this regard, so better do those, and leave the brazilian stuff for home when you get some free time.
