I read an article the other day that talked about topical fat burning suppliments and that they can actually burn fat in areas they are applied. Has anyone had any success or experience with these? I didn't know they existed a week ago. Which ones have you tried?
In a word - no. Some of the better products thin your skin. But you need to be already lean to make them effective.

never used them but was reading some reviews around few days ago and didn't saw many people being so happy about this product
Such thing doesnt exist. It might work if you are already single digits bodyfat.
I usually store fat in my love handles and it goes out faster but just cause im leaner in other places.
