Elbow pain from curls

I was wondering if it was normal to get elbow pain when doing curls at the gym
I've only been training for the past six months and this started happening recently. I'm also getting pain along my forearms
is there a supplement that I can take to help with this

It's not that normal, you should get some fish oil and n2joint rx
 
Rest from curls. Check your form. Might be going too heavy for what you can handle. Supp recommendations from guys are on point.
