Expired but sealed, still good ?

So I have an expired bottle of hyaluronic acid that expired on 03/2016 and fish oil that expired on 05/2016. Both of the products are still sealed, so I'm wondering if it's safe to take?

    Thanks

That's a bit older than I would care to try personally.

I'd pass on the fish oil

I would toss any food based product, like the fish oil. The other is probably fine

Not worth risking taking expired products. I try to avoid it as much as possible.
