    fasting help

    looking for help with fasting because i want to get into it for all its benefits. the only fasting i have done is intermittent fasting 18/6 and such. nothing longer. what are the benefits of 20+ hours of fasting and what is the best way to do it. also what supplements am i allowed?

    i heard a lot about fasting from steve and rick on the evo podcast but what is the daily fasting benefit?

    I wish you had posted this in the main forum so more people could see it cause it is important

    10 hours+ autophagy and HGH boost
    20 hours+ stem cells regenerate in the gut
    12 hours+ blood glucose/insulin drop
    22 hours+ immune system reboot and stem cells musculoskeletal regenerate
    30 hours+ ketones produced

    this is why a 24-36 hour fast blows away just fasting for 18 hours. the benefits build up and up. the only thing that does not keep going is HGH boost which peaks at 4 days before falling off. so don't fast longer than 5 days if you are worried about HGH benefits.

    Extended fasts can have additional benefits. Steve covered them pretty well.
