    At 18% body fat you can very easily loose body fat with just some simple diet and exercise changes.

    Base your diet on single ingredient unprocessed foods. Don't drink your calories. Lift weights 3-4 days per week and do cardio 2-3 days per week

    Nothing sustainable will be fast and easy. You need less food less often. Cardio and weight training will certainly help. Think about it as a long term lifestyle. Consistency always wins.
