    Feeling more energy

    I was wondering if there was a supplement that i could get that would wake me up a lil more throughout the day. i get atleast 8hrs of sleep and eat constantly.. i take protien aftr lifting n glutamine.. i just orderd a multi. mayb that will help? thanks for ne help

    I usually have a coffee when I am starting to feel tired. Even getting up and moving around can wake you up!

    Stimulants help but they really shouldn't be needed through the day. Maybe look at your training regiment and diet. Perhaps you atent recovering properly or giving your body the right fuel

    this is your problem.. you are throwing food and protein powder at your stomach nonstop. your body has to waste energy processing. try eating in a window instead in the afternoon, so your body only has to process food in a 4-6 hour window. your energy will be far higher
