Feels like puking after taking creatime on empty stomach

Every time I take creatine on empty stomach (I always work out fasted), I feels about to puke. Has this happened to anyone? Or should I go see a doctor

what is in that creatine man. post up the ingredients and you will see exactly why you are puking

working out fasted means just some water ahead of time. anything else you put in your body is going to come back up. that includes sugars, dyes, artificials, and the other garbage that is put in most creatine brands to make it taste good

    Q: why does this happen?

A: because when your body is under stress during a workout it will want to expel everything to make its life easier so it will come up or go out the other way

Q: but steve! i eat before my workouts and am fine!

A: then you aren't working out hard enough which is fine, weight training isn't really a hard workout. i can get away with eating before weight training aside from a hard leg day.
but go sprint 3 miles and then let's see if that food comes back up lol. even a little bit of food before a workout will make your body work harder. if you MUST have something ahead of a workout, some melon or fruit is a great idea since it is very easy to process

It's pure creatine. I don't use branded stuff, I ordered pure creatine monohydrate powder directly from the manufacturers. I should have noted that

And I feel like puking right after drinking it, not during Or after workout, it happens way before the gym, Maybe I should see a doctor

my recommendation is stop drinking anything that causes you to puke

mono basically can cause your intestines to become inflamed especially if its a larger dose. it isn't necessarily anything dangerous but it will cause stomach bloat or naseau. you don't need to supplement creatine so just stop messing with it

If you're fasted don't take any supplements on an empty stomach. I personally do take supplements on empty stomach and I have clients who do too BUT it's not for everyone, many guys can't handle the acidity changes and shouldn't take supplements on empty stomach.
