    First timer

    Im about to be starting Superpump 250 before workout and Amp pro performance after is this good any comments suggestions? also first time using any supplement

    I can't think of any reason why I'd include them in a supp stack.

    You couldn't ask any more vague question. How could we possibly know if it's good or not???
    Maybe try it out and see for yourself.

    Personally I do not believe in pump products. I think they are overrated.

    Just dont expect supplements to be anything drastic. Many expect that when getting into it. The changes come from your training and diet. Supplements can account for 5% of the help at best
