    Fish oil, Coconut Oil, Krill Oil, Hemp Seed Oil, Grape Seed Oil and Omega Fatty Acids

    Which source of Omega fatty acids do you guys prefer?

    I have been using coconut oil because it does not make my mouth taste like a fish taste all day the way Krill and Fish do, never tried hemp seed oil. What do you guys prefer as the best source of Omega Fatty acids to use?

    You forgot Flaxseed oil, rated as the best source of Omega 3.

    I use Flaxseed oil. Since Lasix eye surgery and they told me it helped with eye lube, I have been using it everyday. No bad taste

    I use Extra Virgin Organic Coconut Oil.
    I also use Carlson's Liquid Fish Oil.
    And I also use Flax Seed Oil.
    I use the Coconut Oil 1st thing in the Morning (Oil Pulling) as a Detox.
    I also Cook with the Coconut Oil.
    I have the Carlson's a couple times a day.
    I use the Flax Seed Oil on my Salads every day.............................................. JP

    I forgot, I also will use the Grape Seed Oil either On Salads or Cooking.
    Sometimes I'll cut my Olive Oil when Cooking with Grape Seed Oil, cause it can take the Higher Heat......................... JP

    I take 2g of fish oil every day (for the EPA and DHA)
    2g of CLA every day
    and 2g of evening primrose oil every day (for the GLA)

    Yep. Use all of them. Cook only with high burn point oils such as coconut and macadamia nut oil, NOT olive oil.

    Pretty much anything that is not canola or branded as "vegetable oil" is good to incorporate in your diet. Along with oils, add in a variety of nuts and avocado. Avoid cheap olive oil from Europe. That stuff is mostly crap. They're not stupid. They keep the good stuff for themselves.
