Hey brothers do you guys have a certain recommended amount of fish oil during a cycle. Im about to start a bulk and am curious.

I generally recommend 6-10g per day for men, 3-6g per day for females
Do you mean 6g of fish oil in general or 6g of EPA+DHA combined?
Just asking this for curiosity because as you also probably know 1000mg capsule of fish oil doesn't contain 1000mg of EPA and DHA.

And to get back to original question what I've read is to make noticeable health benefits the recommended daily intake moves somewhere between 2 to 4 grams.
