Fish Oil Supplements For Omega-3 Deficiency

Cod liver oil, Salmon fish oil supplements. Are they really sufficient enough for treating omega-3 fatty acid, Vitamin D, Vitamin E deficiency? Natural source is the best way of taking these important substances for healthy body and mind. But when you suffer from the acute omega-3 fatty acid deficiency then there is no other better option than taking fish oil supplement. And also you may take fish oil supplement when you don't eat much fish.
 
Cod liver oil is for vitamin D and vitamin E. It contains very little omega 3 fatty acids.

If you suffer from omega 3 deficiency, diet alone won't be enough. I would try to incorporate as much wild caught fish into your diet as possible but also supplement with 10g of a high quality fish oil each day
