    Flax

    I wanted to find out if I should be taking flax? I know its good but also hear the risk of Phyloestrogen. What do you guys think ? I am curious to see what people think.

    most people get 20 to 1 omega ratio. you want to get them much more even 3's to 6's.

    so getting more omega 3's is just one part of the equation, you also have to cut way back on 6's and the best way to do that is eating cleaner

    Nothing wrong with adding flax seeds to some food but the best way to supplement omega 3's in my opinion is a good fish/krill oil product. n2bm makes one called Krill TS.
