    flax seed vs. fish oil?

I want to make sure I am keeping my joints lubricated and I know that the key to this is getting healthy fats from not just my food but also my supplements. having said all that I don't trust the fact that I am getting enough cause my joints are getting achy. what do you recommend between fish oil or flax seed?

Synovial fluid helps lubricate and cushion your joints. Eat fish, avocados, nuts, olive oil, and other sources of healthy fats and omegas can help lubricate joints. Eating fruits and vegetables (leafy greens, etc) provide vitamins, minerals, and hydration, and have anti-inflammatory properties. Avoid foods that contain lots of processed sugar.

For supplements taking Glucosamine and Chondroitin, can help relieve joint pain, prevent cartilage erosion, improve joint fluid, and regenerate joint structure. Also try Hyaluronic Acid capsules. Hyaluronic Acid gives joint fluid its lubricating and shock-absorbing properties. Another one is MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) its main benefit is as an anti-inflammatory that offers some relief to people with arthritis and other types of inflammatory, muscle, or joint pain. It's also believed to protect cartilage.

Fish Oil or Krill Oil are going to be your best option outside of high omega 3 foods. I suggest you check out Krill-TS from N2BM. Great product I have been using for years.
