    Gaining lean mass

    Plain and simple guys what do you thinkis the best supplement or stack for gaining lean mass quickly? I dont mean the obvious ones like whey and creatine as they are essential but something really awsome, maybe that not many people have heard of, cos i am desperate for somthing decent!!!!!

    There isn't going to be any supplement as good as a solid diet of clean whole foods for adding lean mass. Creatine also comes up a lot, because it is effective. Anything more powerful means thinking about sarms and steroids.

    Lean mass cant be gained quickly but the best way to do it is with the right diet and training to support it

    Probably not the answer you want, but whole foods is the only thing that provides and maintains growth. If you can't grow without supplements, adding them will only complicate things.

    This^

    ...whole foods meaning you make all your foods. Nothing processed, or pre-made. You cook the chicken, fish, steak, rice, veggies, etc. Garbage foods will give you garbage results. Supps are only meant to be an assistant, not a replacement.
