    getting rid of black eyes

I have some black patches under my eyes which makes me look older, plus starting to get some wrinkles. What supplements can I take or apply to my face to lower the aging of my face? Someone said to try aloe but when I did that my face got welts, think I am allergic to it.

You should use some n2guard and drink water that will clear up your liver. Patches under eyes usually mean liver issues.

Reduce stress and get sleep. Also accept that you're gonna get old

Enough and good quality sleep will make all the difference. Cut out caffeine to help with that.

Are these black patches new or have you always had them?

Could be not getting enough sleep or some trauma marks.

This could be a great topic for our podcast!
