Having some joint problems right now. Specifically in elbows I have some pains. Should I use glucosamine and calcium stack to heal that? or are there other things I can do?
Glucosamine and calcium would certainly be better then nothing but you would be much better off spending your money on a multi-ingredient joint supplement that contains glucosamine, MSM, hyaluronic acid, chondroitin and calcium. It'll be much more complete then just a glucosamine/calcium supplement. Check out the product n2joint RX from n2bm.com. That's the product I use.
I would then stack the joint supplement with fish oil and ostarine to further enhance recovery and reduce inflammation.

These are the main things that should be on your list. That being said, N2JointRX suggested above is really a good choice (quite cheep and contains much more).
As for sarms, for me personally (and for a few friends of mine) ostarine has been a savior when it comes to healing injuries and joint problems.
