I'm overweight and my doc ordered me to get back in the gym, but now my knees hurt when I try to run the track, I can't get started losing weight because the joint pain is so bad. I heard that Glucosamine and Chondroitin are the best supplements to take to alleviate the pain from my knees, but I don't know how much I should be taking, so i need yo guys to guide me on a good dosage, TY all.
