    Glucosamine supplements

Is there a benefit to taking a glucosamine supplement at my age (28)? I was talking to another guy in the gym in his mid 30's that said he's taken it for a while now to help his joints.

    Thoughts?

you want to start from a young age taking care of your body

    1. hot yoga 1-2X per week MANDATORY
    2. use an inversion table 3-4X per week (everyday would be great they are cheap on amazon)
    3. take n2jointrx, it works!
    4. never build up imbalances in the gym. yes you need to work your legs and back (most guys only care about arms, chest and shoulders)
Now taking clients for 1 on 1 consults via skype. hit me up

I started taking it in my 40s, and it helps a little bit. I'm not sure how beneficial it would be at your age, but there's no harm in trying it.

If youíre having issues with joints you can add that into your diet. I like the combo of MSM and glucosamine Iíve had relief on my joints since using it.

I've never tried it so I'm not sure how effective it is.
