glucosamine hydrochloride
glucosamine sulfate
etc.. whats the diff? and is either more effective or better than the other?

It's like comparing different types of creatine. They all work. Just pick what's been tried and true.

As far as I know there are no difference in terms of bioavailability.
So whether your glucosamine has sulfate or hcl carrier, it doesn't matter.

I've just never spent money on supplements. I run HGH year round and never have the need for them. HGH is really expensive I really don't have the extra money to spend on supplements.

I was gonna say (had you been younger) you'll need it soon but HGH will help a LOT

HGH is awesome! I broke my collar bone this last summer (mountain bike accident) and I was back in the gym in 8 weeks. Truly amazing! I took it slow at first but at least I was able to lift.

The glucosamine is bound to different ester molecules. They're inert compounds so it does't mater much. Equally effective
