dude why in the world do you need to take carbs in before a workout or any time?

the american diet is already carb and sugar heavy as it is, and you want to add more? NO MAN. these types of supps were meant for meatheads who are slamming insulin, not for 99% of everyone else

Well for a start there's no protein in it. And what's the matter with real food. You want carbs? Have some rice, a potato or some pasta.

A high GI carb like maltodextrin is the last thing you would want to take pre-workout. It'll rapidly spike blood glucose levels which will crash half way through your workout.

If you need carbs I would get it in the form of food honestly.

Most people will just get fat from consuming simple carbs.

Use of words like 'gold medal' and 'premium' is just marketing. Heck, maltodextrin is one on the cheapest ones you can buy.

If you're dedicated to that which is counterproductive, then go for it. Otherwise, save your hard-earned money. Don't allow yourself to be ripped off.
