good pre work out for females

Hi guys, I will be back in the gym after 3 years and having a baby, I would like to know what's the best pre work out in the market besides creatine, I used to take in the past but it gave me water retention , thank you.
 
If you do your Workout without eating any Carbs.

Coffee with some MCT Oil or Grass Fed Butter, will give you Focus and Energy.

And a 5,000 Mcg Sublingual Methylcobalamin (B-12).
This will also Boost your Mood, give you even More Energy, and Support Healthy Nerve Function.

I will occasionally add in some Beta-Alanine, if a Previous Workout has me Very Sore.
As Beta-Alanine is Great for DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness)......................... JP
 
With just coming back to the gym I wouldn't worry about anything fancy. Just make sure your diet is spot on and you are having a light meal before training. Something like a piece of fruit and an egg. If you really need a boost then just have a cup of coffee.
