Greens and protein all in one

I now see you can buy certain products that include a greens powder and atleast 20g of protein per serving. That in itself to seems like a really good deal. Benefit from both instead of having to buy separately. Anyone tried it?

Most of them only have trace amounts of greens. It's label dressing. They add like 1g of greens into the product so they can put on the label "protein greens all in one"

It's best to buy them separately

I prefer to keep things separate. That gives you more versatility. You may not always want to take both.

True. I'bve made gains recently by taking LESS protein powder and upgrading the quality of my food.
