    Looking to gain some weight

    I have been working out for a while now, maybe a little over a year but havent gained a single pound and i want to go hard during the summer months.

    Ive been wondering which supplements are the most important for gaining muscle. I am very lean and skinny already so i dont worry about gaining weight.

    This is what i have on my list. I dont have too much money so i would like to hear your advice and your experiences with these products before i go try them.

    -Creatine: Musclepharm Assault
    -Protein: Optimum Gold Standard Whey
    -Fish oil
    -glutamine??

    I have already have multivitamins and Scivation Xtend...

    Creatine is nice to have, but the thing you really need to do is learn to eat more whole foods. It's the best way to make good muscle gains.

    you will get a lot of people tell you to eat more. but the truth is eating more is going to put on bad weight.

    the truth is you need to eat clean no matter what you want to do, but you also gotta get on a good workout program first to put on actual good clean muscle mass. that is the key

    What does your diet currently consist of? If you aremt gaining theres holes in your diet or your training that needs fixed. Supplements won't make up for that

    You have to make sure you have a solid diet otherwise you wont be able to gain weight.
