    Helping with creatine issues

I have been using 2 scoops of creatine everyday which is 10g of it
I have been dealing with a lot of stomach issues like bloating and constipation
is this normal and will it play itself out or should I stop using it

The recommend dose is 5 g a day. You’re doubling that. I’d say that’s your issue.
