these attempts at 'getting more protein' by muscle heads needs to end
instead of stressing yourself out about getting protein, work on improving your lifting where it is more efficient. most people even at good gyms have zero idea how to lift. i see them spending more time chasing girls and wacking off to themselves in the mirror doing curls than i see them actually doing what you are supposed to do

Just kidding I actually do like to incorporate some plant based protein options in to my diet as well such as kidney beans, lentils, chickpeas and green peas.
