    herbs for sleep help

    I've gotten into a bad habit of taking sleep drugs like nyquil and benadryl to help me fall asleep and stay asleep. i had planned on using them once or twice a week, but now I've developed an addiction where i need them to fall asleep. i think transitioning to herbals is a good idea to wean off. any product you suggest?

    never take these sleep drugs to help you sleep unless it is 1000% necessary and if you do use them never use them more than once a week MAX.

    N2SLEEP is a good one. NyQuil is very addictive and not condusive to building muscle.

    Those are not sleep drugs man, those are cold/flu/allergy medications. You do not want to be taking those daily. I would transition to N2Sleep which is herbal and even then do not use it everyday once you are getting back to normal.
