    How do you know ?

    How do you know if you are getting quality sleep or not? I am curious to know if people can use an app or something to seem how effective our sleep really is.

    My Sony xperia had a sleep app. But really you shouldn't have your phone right next to you anyway (which I'm guilty of) lol

    You don't need a fkin app. Do you feel rested? Then you had a good sleep.

    If you feel like crap every morning you wake up you are probably not getting good quality sleep.
    Make sure your room is as dark as possible, no external light sources.
    The temperature of the room also plays a role. I remember reading that it will allow you to sleep better when the room temperate is a bit cooler because your body temperature decreases when you fall into sleep. So that's also one thing you might want to take into consideration.

    Sleep is such a funny thing. But I feel like ur body knows if you slept good or not. If you wake up feeling shitty, heavy or have no ambition- then you didnít get a good rest. Iím not a believer in taking sleep aids. I feel you should be falling asleep and staying asleep on your own.
