    How to lower cortisol

I've been getting a lot of weight from all the stress I've been under lately due to a death in my family. The doctor suspects that cortisol is the thing to blame and said I should look into taking some supplements that lower it. I seem to recall someone mentioned that banned nutrition sold a good one to lower cortisol but I can't remember what it's called please help

Yeah it will take time to pass the emotions you currently feel. Fasting and getting distracted by activities will help the process!

As the stress reduces, so will the cortisol. In the meantime, grab some Cardarine from sarms.forsale
