    how many scoops of whey protein per day?

    Right now taking 3 scoops with my cereal with milk skimmed.
    Looking to add maximum whey proteins so I can grow more.
    Whats the maximum whey I can add per day?

    I would supplement with 4 scoops per day, max.

    Whole food is always your best option. I am a fan of a high quality whey isolate shake after workouts (I use and recommend isolation from n2bm.com) but your diet should be based around whole foods. They provide more nutrients, vitamins and minerals then protein supplements.

    Also, all protein shakes are not created equal. A lot of the products on the market are full of fillers. You want to see nothing but whey protein, natural flavours and sweeteners in the ingredient list.

    Isolation from n2bm.com is naturally flavoured and naturally sweetened with stevia. It contains 26g protein, 1g carbohydrate and 0g fat per 30g scoop.

    You should not be taking more that 4-5 scoops per day. If that is not enough, you should reconsider your diet, as most of the nutrients should come from natural food.

    Depending on the Type of Whey, this can vary quite a bit.

    most protein should come from whole food...and mine does..but I cant resist adding a couple scoops to my cream of rice or oatmeal in the mornings,,,,tastes amazing

    don't take more than 2 scoops at a time the human body can only absorb 50g of protein at a time

    Lol get your protein from eating real food bro. Don't just add scoops of whey to whatever the hell you are doing.
