My friend said you need to use 10 caps a day with trenbolone always or else you will pay a price
Is this true?
The bottle i ordered says a serving size is 7 caps so i am confused

i would say 95% of the time 7 caps is good. if you run a very mild cycle you can go lower but with harsh cycles it isn't a bad idea to go a bit higher
