I got my blood test results

Turns out I am deficient in Vitamin D mainly. I was surprised as I live in a sunny location. Maybe not in the sun as much as I used to be but yeah thats what the result showed. Do you guys think its possible i can get my levels up by tanning more?

Of course. Give it a try. However, who said you were deficient?

tanning has more dangers than positives

vitamin deficiencies aren't always going to be solved by simply taking a vitamin. your own body is so unbalanced and it is 99% linked to the gut

Sunlight is great for health but too much isn't good either. Everything in moderation.

I would start taking a vitamin D supplement. Very inexpensive

Either tanning or taking a supplement. A lot of people are in the same situation.

It's actually not uncommon at all that people living in sunny areas are also often times vitamin-d deficient.

Check out this study for example: https://www.grc.com/health/pdf/low_v...n_exposure.pdf
