    Intra workout supplement

I am going to start taking an intra-workout supplement (VPX Power Shock) and I was wondering how you should take it during your workout. The reason I ask this is because I drink a lot of water when I lift, usually between 1.5 - 2 Blender Bottles full (roughly 40 ounces). I know you are suppose to "sip" on intra-workout supps during the workout but how would I work it out with consumption of the intra and water? Should I have two separate bottles? Drink PowerShock until it's gone then continue drinking water?

    Thanks

Honestly, you don't need an intraworkout, and it won't matter how you drink it. It's just supplement company marketing

what the fuck is in intra workout?

first they came up with post workout supps, then they came up with prebedtime supps, then pre workout supps and now they have to make even more money ripping people off by selling intra workout supps. nice.

just ask yourself this question. when your ancestors were fighting battles for 14 straight hours to the death did they take breaks during battle to 'sip intra-battle supps'? or how about when they were hunting down food for the whole day not knowing if they would be able to catch something did they tell each other 'hey guys we gotta stop chasing this animal, it is time for our intra hunting supp' .. does a cat need a supp to chase down a rat? no! there is something called adrenaline that gives us energy. ironically when you take all these retarded supps you actually suppress your adrenaline

and also there isn't a rule with water. just be hydrated. but never over drink either. unless you plan on sweating a ton you really don't even need water during a workout either
