isolate vs. concentrate whey?

it seems like isolate and concentrate are the 2 main ingredients i see in protein powders. some products have 1 or the other, and i've seen products that have both. what do you guys get and what are the advantages to both? looking for something to drink after my workouts to get in some extra protein

the oddity of this is concentrate is actually the healthier whey to use cause it is less filtered/processed and has more natural fats, but isolate is supposedly free of lactose although that isn't always true anyway and it has more favorable 'macros' so a lot of guys go with it out of ignorance. you see a lot of companies use both just to make the label look sexier.

personally i would rather you spend your $$ on REAL FOOD, not protein powder

Concentrate will make me shit within minutes of drinking it. Isolate is fine on my gut. I don't really use these powders anymore though and just stick to real food.
