    Joint health supplements

would it be a good idea for me to take joint health supplements? I'm only 19, but with constant weight lifting and a bad family history of joint problems I'm thinking I can't start to early. What do you think?

It can't hurt but you likely don't need them.

the best thing you can do is weight train with proper form

family history of joint issues is only going to make any sense if your genetics are from a long lanky limbs. yes those people tend to have elbow and knee issues and if you are super lanky then weight training isn't going to be a good choice for you unless you take super good care of your joints

This is one of those things where when we're old there's stuff we wished we'd done when we were younger. So stretch, better form, warm ups and MAYBE a joint product like N2JointRx

You can use it if you choose to, but at your age I see no need.
