    joint relief and recovery

    Hey there, 55 years old here. played football for a few years at the semi pro level when i was younger, have been active in sports since. love baseball, soccer, and tennis. it has taken a toll on my joints though and i've tried using MSM and cissus, but they are helping only little. any better joint formulas?

    At least 3g of MSM. Also Glucosamine, chondroitin, and collagen are good. I had some good results with collagen and msm. Itís also good to keep in mind the RICE recipe. Rest, ice, compress, elevate. Turmeric is also good for those inflamed joints
