    Joint supplements mandatory?

Are joint supplements something you would recommend to use even if I have healthy joints or do you think they are optional in those situations where joints start to bother you. I am currently in my early 30ís and so far my joints rarely hurt me but my dad said I should use them to prevent future problems

I dont think its mandatory but if you are training and taking AAS, you should take a joint supplement like n2joint rx, I take it daily myself.

Joint supplements can help as a preventive aid before any problems start. Once your joints are weak they become susceptible to injury and so a bad movement during training or just falling down could cause some catastrophic injury that can tear connective tissue apart, then it is just too late to try and strengthen it. The best bet is to use exercise and proper supplements to strengthen your connective tissues before the problems start. I started using N2JointRX in my early 30s as a preventative measure. I have found it to be a great tool for me personally.
