    supplements really needed?

    I keep seeing on social media guys pushing protein powder and BCAA's, along with stimulants. is there a rythm or reason for y they do this? are these must haves or a waste of money?

    Protein powders are useful when you’d need to supplement a meal. Not replace, supplement.

    Needed? No. They are supplements. Look up the definition of supplement. No supplement is needed. That's why it's a supplement

    Everyone wants to look good in today's day and age... And everyone starts out there journey at the supplement store...
    Buying 'test boosters' , and what not. Then maybe progress to real shit.

    Cause the guy on the test booster bottle is jacked on steroids and wow just used these herbs... Fuk yeh, ur naive mind thinks.

    Protein powder with a couple scoops of ground oats in a blender is what I use when blasting. A meal between meals.
    Thats it nothing else.
    Tryptophan and l-tyrosine for serotonin and dopamine support. That's it.
