Just the staple go to supp?

Straight up what is the go to supplement everyone should have or be taking daily ? I know the list is endless of products available but would you say a multivitamin? Just because it covers so many bases? Or would you prefer one ingredient or antioxidant that can help the body thrive?

Obviously everything is available through whole foods, but lets say you cant get everything from the food you have available, what is going to be that product that you would always rely on ???

I would probably go with a multi and a fish oil. Maybe a vitamin D.

Invest in a juicer. Multivitamins = expensive piss. If time is a constraint just juice all the things and pound that shit
