    Keeping joints healthy and stable

    What is a good supplement to take to keep joints healthy when lifting/workingout? I have heard alot about Glucosamine and that is what I am taking right now but I have also heard of Flaxseed and that is good for joints as well? Not sure if the glucosamine is doing anything for me and I am interested to find out if there is anything better.

    Glucsomine is a great supp. I use N2JointRX which has that and other great ingredients.

    Iíve never had joint problems until recently so I havenít nailed down a solution yet. All those supps help some people but some donít get relief. But thatís where I would start.
