Krill oil is best?

My first question is what is krill?
My 2nd question is why do people say it is so much better than using regular fish oil or just eating a regular fish?
I'm looking for something to help out with my joints and skin

Krill is a strong source of OMEGA, as well as fish oil, so either one is acceptable

Krill oil is definitely better and doesn't cause environmental issues with over-fishing like fish oil does. Check out Krill-TS from N2.

Hmm, I haven’t thought of that. Next time I’ll check out krill instead of fish
