Krill oil or fish oil ?

I wasnt sure between either so I wanted to check which one I should purchase? I am wondering if either make a difference? Maybe the cheaper option is best? Any info would help making this decision thanks.

A supp that has both in it is truly best.

    There won't be a meaningful difference. I've Krill-TS from N2BM.com right now

n2bm sells a good krill oil

also adding more omega 3 fats in your diet. many people are scared of fats due to years of phony information. i eat a lot of raw nuts, mackerel, and avocado's and coconut oil.. i am lean and ripped, go figure. the right fats are good

Krill is better on the environment but fish oil is cheaper. Both are good options.

You want to use both as they both have unique benefits

Fish oil Shown to reduces serum triglycerides, lower homocysteine levels, lower LDL cholesterol, and reduces C-Reactive Protein.
Krill oil omega-3 fatty acids in fish oil are generally present as triglycerides, which are not absorbed as well the phospholipid omega 3s found in krill oil. Krill oil also contains the carotenoid astaxanthin, a powerful antioxidant.

I would also say using both will help alot. Better than one or the other.
