what does it mean when you see a supplement ingredient with the word L in front of it?
I see things like L-Arginin, l-citrulline, L-tryptophan, L-Carnitine, etc.
the people on social media act like these products actually do something in our bodies so they try to sell it to us. Do they just put the L in front of the name to make it sound more powerful?
