What would be a reasonable time to take pre-workout ? I have taken it at night and then been up all night without being able to sleep. I will try taking it in the morning or at around lunch. I think I am sensitive to caffeine.
The obvious answer is 'when do you train?'
If you absolutely need a pre-workout, and you're worried about sleep, why not find a good non-stim?

Here is YET ANOTHER flaw in the pre-workout supp concept: if you take a pre-workout and can't sleep@ night then you're lazy in the gym (remember: texting doesn't count as training) and DON'T NEED a pre-workout.
Does sitting on a piece of gym equipment while engaged in a phone conversation count as training?
