Is it just me or are lats the most difficult to feel activated? Bi’s, tri’s, quads, ham’s, ab’s, shoulders, calves, all can feel a pump and burnout. Its difficult to focus and visualize on that specific muscle. Lats seem to be a ghost muscle. There doesn’t seem to be any sensation in that muscle group. I’m getting growth but no pump or burnout sensation there. Anyone else noticing this?
