    Lats

    Is it just me or are lats the most difficult to feel activated? Biís, triís, quads, hamís, abís, shoulders, calves, all can feel a pump and burnout. Its difficult to focus and visualize on that specific muscle. Lats seem to be a ghost muscle. There doesnít seem to be any sensation in that muscle group. Iím getting growth but no pump or burnout sensation there. Anyone else noticing this?

    Typically to get a good pump for me I have to really focus on the sqeeze and movement.
    Really control the weight. Pausing on the squeeze. But once they are pumped its on.

    try standing pulls BUT make sure you are pretending there is a coin in your back that you are squeezing. a lot of guys make the mistake of using their arms in the movement when they should be idle
