I had bought BSN Nitrix a while back, and followed what the label said, and now i just picked up bpi's A50 and I'm taking the 3 pills throughout the day.
I was wondering when people would take their NO2 relative to their workouts and get the best results.
For me, I take one dose at:
- Breakfast
- Pre-Workout meal (generally a protein shake blended with some fruit and ice) approx. 90 - 120 minutes before workout
- Post-Workout meal (immediately following workout)
