Lifting at 7pm supplements

my schedule is a little goofy these days. I get up at 5 a.m. and then go to work. I get home late and then I go to the gym afterwards I'm usually lifting at 7 and I leave at 8. I try to be in bed by 10 otherwise I'm groggy the next day. Which supplements would work good around my workouts

Get some n2slin use 2 caps before you lift it works, non stim

Try and neck a coffee no later than 4pm ready for 7pm. By the time you hit bed it'll be out of the system.
