Alright, I need a new pair. Who uses them and which brands are the best?

    Gracias!

I only ever use them on super heavy hammer curls and I just use a strap from the gym box.

if you need a new pair then that tells me you are over using them in the first place

lifting straps, although i would never personally be caught dead with them, if you do still insist on using them they should be used very very sparingly and rarely. so 1 pair should last you a lifetime.

maybe it is time to lift raw for a while and get stronger what those straps weakened

Those are going make you reliant on them. Strengthen your grip and only use them for really heavy stuff.

I use them for high rep sets of heavy barbell shrugs. Dark iron leather straps are pretty nice.

I don't use them because I don't lift that heavy anymore.

I havent used them in years and I lift really heavy. Make your forearms do the work. They will adapt and grow. They wont be forced to grow and increase grip strength with straps

I stopped using straps 20 years ago and my forearms started growing better than ever, without doing any isolated forearm work

Schieks make the best ones, in my opinion. The locking dowel thing is money.
