Liver in pain?

I had a question about on cycle liver issues
I have a side stitch and it won't go away
now I thought it was my kidneys but I went to a specialist and he said that my kidneys were perfectly fine and he said that I was worrying too much. but I did not tell him I was oral steroids, what do you think about my liver being strained and which supplements can i use?
